FOUL GESTURE

Michael is married, with children; he is a typical neighbor. On the Holocaust Remembrance Day he nearly runs over Dreyfus. His wife, Tamar, makes an obscene gesture at Dreyfus, who moves toward their vehicle and nearly hits her. Michael hopes to solve the situation with the help of the law, but discovers that Dreyfus, a war hero, is a violent man and has powerful friends. Michael will have to deal with the harsh and corrupt reality that affects his life.

ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
Tzahi Grad was born in Jerusalem, in 1962. He is also an actor, and has acted in numerous plays, television productions and films. In 2001 he made his first feature film, Giraffes, for which he also wrote the script. Foul Gesture is his second feature film; it was chosen the best film in the Haifa Film Festival (Israel), and has played in various festivals.
