In a Bucharest school, 1989, Eva and her boyfriend Alexandru accidentally break a bust of the dictator Ceausescu. Because of this Eva is expelled from the Young Communists Union and is sent to a reformatory. Meanwhile Lalalilu, her adorable younger brother, who waits for his milk teeth to fall, plans revenge: an attempt against the life of Ceausescu, who will shortly visit their school.

ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
Catalin Mitulescu was born in Bucharest, Romania, in 1972. He directed ads, video clips and a number of short films, including La Amiaza (1998), 17 Minutes Late (2002) and Trafic (2004), which won many awards. This is his first feature film.
